What we coordinate

Five valuation mandates, one intake.

Each mandate carries a fixed wholesale fee inside your firm account. Engagements above the size threshold route to a manual quote before you proceed.

Startup Valuation

Priced-round support, ESOP and 409A-style exercises, DCF and VC-method workings for early-stage entities.

Rule 11UA / fair value

Business Valuation

Enterprise and equity valuation for growing businesses — succession, restructuring, disputes, and bank submissions.

IVS-aligned methodology

FEMA Valuation

Inbound and outbound share transfer and issue pricing certificates for cross-border transactions.

FEMA pricing guidelines

Companies Act Valuation

Registered valuer reports for share issues, mergers, buybacks, and other statutory requirements.

Section 247 / IBBI RV

M&A Valuation

Swap ratios, purchase price allocation, and deal-support valuation for mid-market transactions.

Custom quote above threshold

Something outside the list?

Impairment testing, intangible assessment, ESOP perquisite workings and other adjacent mandates are quoted case-by-case.

The valuation flow

From brief to signed report.

01

Select the service

Pick the valuation type inside your firm account. The wholesale fee is published — no per-case negotiation.

02

Submit a structured brief

Industry, entity type, purpose, indicative size, deadline, and a written case summary. Nothing else.

03

Deposit & assignment

A deposit confirms the engagement; CADIAL assigns and coordinates an independent registered valuer.

04

Report & settlement

The signed report is delivered to your private channel, with the balance invoice raised on delivery.

How the engagement is bounded.

No client documents

CADIAL never collects financials, PANs, or end-client files. Your engagement brief is the only input we hold.

Signed by a registered valuer

Every report is prepared and signed by an independent IBBI-registered valuer.

Fixed fees, defined terms

Published wholesale pricing, deposit before work begins, balance on delivery. Custom quotes stay valid seven days.

Payment terms

A deposit of 40–50% of the quoted fee is due before work begins. The balance falls due on delivery, and the report becomes downloadable once it is settled. Cancellations before work starts are refundable less a processing charge; after a valuer is engaged, the deposit is non-refundable.

Questions firms ask before the first brief.

Who signs the valuation report?

An independent IBBI-registered valuer engaged by CADIAL.

What do we have to send you?

A structured brief only — service type, industry, entity type, purpose, indicative turnover or deal size, deadline, and a written case summary. No client documents pass through the platform.

How is pricing determined?

A fixed wholesale fee per service type, visible inside your logged-in firm account. Engagements above the size threshold for a service route to a manual quote before you proceed.

When can we download the report?

Once the engagement is marked delivered and the balance invoice is settled, the report becomes downloadable from your request history and stays there permanently.
